Edit Signing Officer Details
Fill out the form below to request a change to your club’s signing officers. The request may take up to weeks for the new signing officers to receive their VEMS login from the Conventions and Reservations department. Contact external@cvuo.ca for any further questions.
Your signing officers must be two students at the University of Ottawa. They are the members of your club that serve as the point of contact between you and CAS. They will also be the ones to receive the VEMS login for your club, will have their name on the Club Bank Letter, and will need to sign off on some important forms we may as you to fill out.
