A winter celebration is never complete without a typical sugar bush!
What’s a sugar bush? Some would say it’s Canada at its best. Historically, it’s where maple sap is extracted to make delicious maple syrup. Today, sugar bushes are where people come together for a good time and good food.
On the menu: pancakes, eggs, sausages, ham, baked beans, potatoes, and of course, maple syrup.
